Kim Sae-ron, South Korean Actress, Found Dead at 24

Kim Sae-ron, the 24-year-old South Korean actress, was found dead at her home in Seoul on Sunday. Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death but have stated that no signs of foul play have been found.

Kim Sae-ron began her acting career at the age of nine, gaining international recognition for her role in the 2009 film A Brand New Life, which was screened at the Cannes Film Festival. She also starred in The Man From Nowhere, one of South Korea's highest-grossing films. Her career experienced a setback following a May 2022 DUI arrest.

Prior to her death, Kim was cast in the Netflix series Bloodhounds, though her role was significantly reduced after the DUI incident. She was also reportedly preparing to open a cafe and film Guitarman.
