Steve Smith Sr. Accused of Affair; No Public Response

Former NFL player Steve Smith Sr. has been publicly accused of having an affair by Tony Martinez, the husband of a Baltimore Ravens employee. Martinez posted screenshots and a recording on social media purporting to show text messages and a phone call with Smith regarding the alleged affair.

The social media posts included accusations and alleged evidence, including what Martinez claims are text exchanges between Smith and his wife. In one recording, a voice identified as Smith's is heard saying 'I'm sorry'. Martinez also tagged Smith's sponsors in his posts.

Smith, who played 13 seasons with the Carolina Panthers and three with the Baltimore Ravens, has not publicly responded to the allegations. The NFL Network has also not commented. Smith has been married to Angie Smith since 2000, and they have four children.
